T41-3 Part 5 EVE Display Toolchain: Going up the learning curve fast!

Bridgetek, the company which designs the BT817 display driver IC, publishes tools to help in the deployment of products based on their display driver chip technology:

The one I found useful is called the “EVE Screen Editor”. This can help you come up to speed on programming the BT817 quickly. Here is a video in which I attempted to show the basics of using this tool:

Note that I used version 5.1 of the tool to make the video. Version 5.2 was released a few days ago. But I think they botched it, it has bugs! I’m going to contact them and see if they can duplicate the errors I am seeing.
